This program makes it possible to immerse yourself in a detailed study of the educational process on-line, which is one of the promising areas of the existence and development of higher and secondary educational institutions. The program provides an understanding of the distance learning process after full immersion and direct participation in this process throughout this educational program. The program is intended for specialists responsible for the innovative development of higher educational institutions and other organizations related to the educational process, as well as for everyone who is interested in innovative development through electronic means (distance) learning, including graduate students and young scientists.

Barcelona is considered one of the most attractive cities for foreign direct investment in Europe, with great potential for establishing fruitful contacts with entrepreneurs or innovative firms, and is also ranked fifth in the world as a destination for MBA studies. UOC - The Open University of Catalonia is a fully accredited institution and the world's first 100% online university.

The Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (Open University of Catalonia, UOC) began operations in the 1995/1996 academic year, where 200 students took officially recognized courses in educational psychology and business research in Catalan. Over the years, the UOC has grown, and now 200,000 people form part of the UOC university community. Over the years, the university has expanded and diversified the courses it offers, adding the study of Spanish and English. He refined his educational methodology by creating a student-centered learning model. It gradually expanded into Catalonia and Spain with a wide network of centers and information points, and also made a leap into the international market by consolidating its Mexican offices as a base for expansion into Latin America.

TARGET GROUP: The program was designed to serve the interests of those responsible for innovation at the territorial or enterprise level and managers interested in innovation through e-learning tools. The UOC case will be used as an example of using distance learning technologies for regional development.

TEACHING METHODS: theory - 20 hours; practical training - 15 hours; visits, excursions, social events.

Summing up: participants are tested and interviewed; according to the results of the exam, certificates are issued.
