The purpose of the competition: support of scientific and innovative activities in the field of photonics of employees, graduate students and undergraduates of universities and research centers of Russia and the CIS countries.

The subject of the competition was technological projects in the field of photonics, which have significant commercial potential and investment attractiveness and are related to one of the priority areas of research activity carried out on the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center.
