During the event, the professional secretariat provides the following services:

preparation of conference rooms and premises for work;
organization and design of the registration and information desk: registration of participants using registration equipment; delivery of a conference kit to participants;
on the days of arrival, posting information about the event in hotels used to accommodate participants, control over the accommodation of event participants in hotels;
fulfillment of all requests of the organizing committee to ensure the work of the event and control over their implementation;
preparation of a statistical report on the event.
